mushroom : booklet
Everything you need to know to create a stitched mushroom is in this 16 page booklet. The pattern includes instructions and templates for a mushroom and my top secret method for making a concave cap underside.
The templates make a mushroom approximately 6 inches long and 3 inches across the cap and a little guy about 4 inches high. The pattern scales up and down easily.
Skill level is advanced beginners and above – requiring basic sewing skills – the mushrooms can be sewn entirely by hand or parts can be machine sewn. The instructions are detailed and include full sized pattern pieces, step-by-step instructions and lots of hand drawn illustrations – there are more than 50. Skill level is advanced beginners to intermediate. The pattern is designed for light cotton.
